Eaton Creek Farm Venue - $6,500 for base property rentals on Friday's and Saturday's. Weekly Sun-Thurs $4,600.
Mobile Restroom included with base property rental. Three person or two person unit that is provided is based on the party size. Please inquire about independent rentals of these units at your desired address at pricing based on location.

Comfort is ensured by a 13,500 BTU air conditioner and 5,000 BTU heat strip, while modern amenities include porcelain, pedal-flush toilets, stainless steel sinks with metered faucets, a waterless urinal, and mirrors over the vanities. For an enhanced user experience, the unit includes both interior and exterior LED lighting and can be connected to music via Bluetooth.
